Eighteen months is such a short time to live a life of experiences.  Happiness and sadness, trials and triumphs, changes and challenges. I've seen the difference that the Gospel makes in my live and in the lives of those all around.  I've gained a testimony that cannot be shaken. I know that God's plan is perfect. It always has been, and always will be.  I wouldn't be who I am today without Chile. I'll forever be celebrating the 18th of September, eating completos, and drinking mate!  Highlights of the week! - We returned to visit our soccer player friend Ezequiel, he offered us mate! We had to politely decline. Then he offered VIP tickets to his next game, the hermana that was in the lesson with us, agreed to take her 11 year old son. They said it was a blast and they won 3-1!! - Nicolas met the bishop, and is progressing muy bien towards baptism!! Just keep him in your prayers so he can feel ready by Sunday!  - Soc soc celebrated 182 years!!!! - We got surpris...

Èl esta super listo para bautizarse, pero ahora se siente como que necesita preparar más para el día de su bautismo, como que quiere planear el bautismo, pero estamos orando y ayudando a èl. Tendrá su entrevista esta semana. También carlos duran se bautizó en la pradera y encontramos él por medio de una miembro aquí hace 3 semanas y eso es un milagro!! La hermana estaba tan feliz, contándonos que él tenia fecha y la avisamos cuando pasó su entrevista y todo! Fue super genial ser parte de esta historia. Siento como que todavía tengo que esforzarme por ayudar e invitar a todos. He sentido mejor trabajando, menos estresada. Another week just zooming by.  We had leadership council. I had the opportunity to give my last testimony and I recieved my bell and tag. Presidente invited us all to his birthday party! And I got another chance to see hermanas Hiatt and dyreng before we are stuck on a plane together for 9 hours!  On Tuesday we had zone council with one of our zones. Then we had intercambios. Me and Hermana Romero went all around chiguayante. We stopped to buy a slice of pie, and they had a deal for a tea or coffee with each slice, they kept asking which one we wanted and we had to explain like 3 times that we don't drink either, and they ended up giving us a glass of water.  On Thursday we visited a new part of our sector. I accidently left a Book of Mormon on a swing in a park. Then after a coordination meeting, we met up with our friend Ezequiel. He invited us up to his boujee apartment, we taught about the Book of Mormon, he gave a very interesting prayer, then he gave us Alfajores!! ...

Please share a few successes and/or challenges from your efforts to fulfill your missionary purpose this past week. Fue una semana bastante buena. Siento que pude haber hecho más aún, pero fue bueno. Los dos consejos de zona fueron buenos y los misioneros están animados para trabajar. Trabajamos mucho con los miembros y recibimos muchos nombres. Aveces siento mucho estrés pero creo que solo es mi mentalidad, y que puedo vencerlo. Hablamos que muchas personas, e invitamos mucho también. The Lord worked some great miracles this week. We had intercambios on Tuesday and Wednesday. We got to stop and take some photos outside the temple!  Thursday we had some zoom meetings with Elder Costa of the seventy. There was a mix up with our lunch appointment and so we ended up being late to the zoom meeting.  We rescued a tarantula that was drowning in a pool and learned about mosaics though. Then on Friday we had zone conference with Elder Costa. After saying the prayer, Elder Costa said I sounded Chilean!  Y'all the book of mormon has everything. Sister Costa taught us about mental health and showed us how Nephi also faced mental trials and how he overcame them! (2 nephi 4)  It just so happened that in this special conference all of my companions who are still in the mission were all in the same place, so we had to get a picture.
