Week 35/76 Dia De La Madre And Photoshop
This week feels like it happened months ago, bueno, we had a blitz on tuesday and got to eat these completo like burgers.
We started out the week really well with some good visits, we had a lot of good food, and a beautiful sky every night, but we don't have any friends progressing which is sad.
But we have been eating really healthy, saw cute cats, had an encounter with a spider, and survived the week running out of money!
We haven't really been doing much. You guys probably have better stories than I do for this week, so let me know.
Our friend Valentina is all but ready to be baptized, but her mom wants to wait until they move to Utah in November, so that is really disappointing.
We didn't have any amigos come to church, actually barely anyone came to church because it was mothers day, but me and my companion both spoke and I think it went pretty well. Even with our branch president throwing us for a loop and announcing that I would be speaking first, when the message from the 1st councilor clearly said Hermana Condori would be first.
The elders quorum had a cute little presentation after church for the moms, but because only 5 moms were there and because we're going to be moms one day, we got treats too!
Let's take a moment to appreciate that I only spent 6 hours on a bus this past week, even though it's looking like we will be living bus to bus this coming week, we are staying positive!
The only other highlight of my week was probably figuring out how to use canva as a makeshift photoshop so we could express in picture form what it's like in yungay, and take a trip to the beach with my mom, grandma, and great grandma.
I hope you all had a great mothers day!
